Competence management

Making sure that people have the right competence contributes to the organization’s sustained success.
ISO 9001:2015 set requirements for definition and provision of competence.

Recently, ISO updated their ISO 10015, Quality management – Guidelines for competence management and people development.
This document does not modify any of ISO 9001 or other standards requirements but rather helps integrate competence management into the organization's daily work by taking a quality management approach.

The revised ISO 10015, Quality management – Guidelines for competence management and people development is fully aligned with the new ISO 9001:2015.
It is applicable for any organization regardless of type or size.
