Competence management

Making sure that people have the right competence contributes to the organization’s sustained success. ISO 9001:2015 set requirements for definition and provision of competence. Recently, ISO updated their ISO 10015, Quality management – Guidelines for competence management and people development . This document does not modify any of ISO 9001 or other standards requirements but rather helps integrate competence management into the organization's daily work by taking a quality management approach. The revised  ISO 10015, Quality management – Guidelines for competence management and people development  is fully aligned with the new ISO 9001:2015. It is applicable for any organization regardless of type or size. More on personnel management - ISO 9001:2015 Control of Personnel Quality System Procedure
