New technical specifications to help auditors with ISO 45001
Following the release of the first international standard for occupational health and safety (ISO 45001:2018) in May 2018 ISO release a new technical specification ( ISO/IEC TS 17021-10 ) that defines the required skills and knowledge to audit organizations that have implemented ISO 45001:2018. The new ISO/IEC TS 17021-10, Conformity assessment – Requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems – Part 10: Competence requirements for auditing and certification of occupational health and safety management systems has a structure similar to all recent ISO Management System Standards that facilitates it's use and application.
